The common perception is that leasing a conventional (rather the serviced) office can be a lengthy process in terms of completing the lease. However, with all sides pulling in the same direction this does not have to be the case. We have recently completed the first floor letting at 16 Crucifix Lane in a timeframe of two weeks from the tenant’s first viewing of the office to then having completion of the lease.
